AVG/Median Price = $585,000 up from $565,000
Days on Market (DOM) = 37
Sales - Flat at 74 units
Months Supply - 6 year high at 8.5 months

Haldimand County
AVG/Median Price = 660,000 down from $695,000
Days on Market (DOM) = 25 down from 34 previous month
Sales - jumped to 79 units
Months Supply - 6.8 months - not as bad as Norfolk County.

Fairly quietly this month, the major banks increased their 5 year fixed mortgage lending rates;
RBC Royal Bank = 4.72%
TD Canada Trust = 4.861%

We are nearing 5% fixed mortgage rates again. Rates held fairly stready for most of 2025 - sitting around 4.62% @ RBC Royal Bank.
